About the Role

The media buying expert will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

This role is centered on generating high-quality leads at efficient costs, continuously testing strategies, and scaling campaigns to meet aggressive enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising Management

Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms

Develop campaign structures aligned with enrollment and revenue goals

Manage daily budgets, pacing, and scaling strategies

Monitor performance closely and make real-time adjustments

Optimization & Testing

Execute A/B testing across creatives, audiences, headlines, and landing pages

Continuously improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates using data-driven insights

Identify high-performing campaigns and scale effectively

Pause or refine underperforming campaigns based on benchmarks

Tracking & Reporting

Ensure accurate tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Analytics)

Monitor lead quality and collaborate with Admissions for feedback loops

Prepare weekly performance reports (CPL, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rates)

Analyze trends and uncover opportunities for growth

Funnel & Conversion Alignment

Collaborate with CRM Workflow Specialist to improve lead nurturing and follow-up

Work with Content Designers to enhance ad creatives

Ensure alignment between ad messaging, landing pages, and conversion flows

Create Dashboards based on the Data collected

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns

Proven track record of reducing cost per lead and improving conversion rates

Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation strategies

Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager)

Ability to analyze data and make strategic optimization decisions

High attention to detail and strong accountability for performance

Experience in education marketing or lead-based industries is considered an asset.
