Middle East Mattress Factory is seeking a highly skilled Media Buying & Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across major advertising platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and capable of executing and optimizing campaigns that deliver measurable business results. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, audience targeting, campaign analytics, and SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across all major platforms: Meta, Google Ads, X (Twitter), Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor daily performance, adjust budgets, refine audiences, and optimize creatives to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Implement and maintain SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and support paid efforts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing goals, messaging, and sales objectives.
  • Track and measure KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, engagement, and funnel conversion metrics.
  • Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising opportunities across platforms.
  • Manage remarketing, retargeting, and full-funnel performance strategies for Ecommerce and lead-generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in media buying and performance marketing.
  • Proven success managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, X, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, keyword strategy, and on-page optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with tracking tools (Pixel, GTM, GA4) and attribution models.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting performance goals.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English preferred
  • E-commerce and Social Media Agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Case studies or examples of past successful campaigns.
  • Any relevant certifications (optional but preferred).
