Position Overview
We are seeking a Media Coordinator to oversee and manage daily media operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, media knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Media Coordinator will play a key role in executing campaigns and maintaining Meinigar Media LLC’s reputation for excellence in media services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate media campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide campaign updates.
• Collaborate with creative teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of media content.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign briefs, reports, and client communications.
• Support social media management, content creation, and promotional initiatives.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s media regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in media coordination or campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of media processes, digital platforms, and brand management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, media tools, and social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
