Nice Comunicaciones LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications, strengthen brand presence, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Position Overview

The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing communication strategies that enhance the company’s visibility and engagement with clients, partners, and stakeholders. This role requires strong writing skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple communication channels in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute internal and external communications, including announcements, newsletters, and press materials
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials
• Assist in managing social media accounts and digital content calendars
• Coordinate with marketing, HR, and operations teams to support communication needs
• Draft, edit, and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and tone
• Support event communications, including invitations, promotions, and follow-ups
• Monitor media coverage and compile communication reports as needed
• Respond to general inquiries and support stakeholder communication efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in communications, PR, or a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content management systems or digital marketing tools
• Knowledge of branding and corporate communication strategies
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
