Digital Marketing Coordinator – VVV-Digital LLC (Al Rayyan, Qatar)

VVV-Digital LLC, a growing digital solutions company based in Al Rayyan, is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our online marketing initiatives. The role focuses on strengthening brand visibility, driving engagement, and supporting client and company campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and measurable campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Assist in managing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic
• Support paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely campaign execution
• Assist in email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and performance tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and basic CRM platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
• Basic understanding of HTML and website CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.)
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools
