We are looking for a creative, driven, and ambitious Media Creator to help us expand our online presence through engaging content and strategic social media growth.

Position: Part-Time Media Creator / Content Specialist
Location: Hybrid / Remote (depending on project needs)
Employment Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $15,000 – $27,000 per year based on experience + potential commission opportunities

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video content for multiple brands and projects
• Film, edit, and optimize content for social media platforms
• Develop content strategies designed to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
• Understand and leverage platform algorithms to maximize content performance
• Assist with social media growth and audience development
• Create short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms
• Utilize AI tools to improve content creation, efficiency, research, and workflow
• Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on results
• Collaborate with leadership to execute marketing initiatives and brand objectives

Qualifications

• Experience with video creation and editing
• Understanding of social media marketing, funnels, and audience growth
• Knowledge of current social media algorithms and trends
• Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be used in content creation and marketing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar editing software
• Graphic design experience
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
