Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Media Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and ensure smooth coordination across all marketing activities. The ideal candidate will oversee planning, content creation, digital campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute high-quality marketing initiatives that support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive weekly and monthly marketing plans.
• Lead and supervise the marketing team, including the Social Media Executive and photographers.
• Review and approve all marketing materials, including photos, videos, and captions.
• Coordinate offers, promotions, campaigns, and events in alignment with management directives.
• Build, manage, and maintain the company’s content calendar.
• Monitor analytics and optimize performance across all digital platforms.
• Conduct weekly planning meetings and assign clear deliverables to the team.
• Supervise outsourced content creators and ensure timely submission of work.
• Oversee WhatsApp marketing and other customer communication channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing (retail or jewellery industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media trends.
• Ability to evaluate, guide, and elevate creative content.
