Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled PPC and Performance Marketing professional who will own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital media buying platforms.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on PPC experience and Google Ads certification with a proven track record of managing and scaling performance campaigns linked to business outcomes such as leads, revenue, CAC, and ROAS. The role requires strategic thinking, budget ownership, and experimentation mindset in addition to daily campaign management.

You will collaborate closely with MarTech, CRM, creative, and leadership teams to build full-funnel growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Media Planning:
  • Develop PPC-led performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  • Plan budgets, channel mix, and monthly/quarterly forecasts
  • Create full-funnel plans from awareness to retention
  • Recommend investments across Search, Display, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn and other media platforms
  • Campaign Execution & Ownership:
  • Lead execution of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other PPC platforms
  • Ensure strong account structure, tracking, attribution, and best practices
  • Take hands-on control during key launches or scale-up phases
  • Performance Optimization & Experimentation:
  • Run structured A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
  • Optimize targeting, creatives, bidding, and landing pages
  • Improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Reporting & Insights:
  • Own campaign reporting and dashboards
  • Convert data into actionable insights and growth recommendations
  • Track funnel drop-offs and coordinate with CRM/MarTech for conversion improvement
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Work with CRM, MarTech, creative and content teams for funnel alignment
  • Guide and mentor junior performance team members
  • Represent performance strategy in client and leadership meetings
  • Measurement & Martech Alignment:
  • Ensure correct tracking and attribution setup
  • Work on first-party data, retargeting, and audience strategies
  • Align paid media with CRM journeys and lifecycle campaigns

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Google Ads Certification (Must Have)
  • Strong hands-on PPC experience

Experience:

  • 4–5 years in performance marketing and paid media
  • Proven experience managing and scaling budgets across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Agency experience or multi-brand handling preferred

Strategic & Analytical:

  • Strong understanding of funnel strategy and attribution
  • Ability to connect business KPIs with media metrics
  • Experience in forecasting and growth planning

Technical Expertise:

  • Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong knowledge of GA, GTM, pixels, conversion tracking
  • Exposure to CRM & MarTech tools is an advantage

Leadership & Communication:

  • Ability to present plans and performance to stakeholders
  • Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail

Tools & Technologies:

  • Paid Media: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, other media buying platforms
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Reporting: Dashboards, spreadsheets, basic BI tools
