About Us

We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Vizag, working with brands across industries on social media management, performance marketing, influencer campaigns, and creative strategy.
We’re now looking for an experienced Media Sales Manager who can drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and lead our sales efforts with clear accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business by identifying, pitching, and closing clients for digital marketing and media services
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align client needs with campaign delivery
• Manage proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contracts end-to-end
• Build, mentor, and lead a small sales team as the function expands

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in media sales, digital marketing sales, or agency business development
• MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification
• Strong network with brands, SMEs, or marketing decision-makers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of digital media channels and ad formats
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
