Media Strategist (Strategy & Growth Manager), Spanish Speaker

About the Role

We are seeking a Media Strategist (Strategy & Growth Manager) to lead the planning and execution of our paid media strategy. This role will drive growth by defining the right channels, budgets, and funnels while ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Define and oversee the overall paid media strategy, including budget allocation, channel selection, and funnel planning.

· Ensure that all media plans are aligned with business objectives and growth KPIs.

· Develop and manage a testing roadmap (creatives, audiences, placements) to continually optimize performance.

· Collaborate with performance analysts and data specialists to ensure accurate tracking and feedback loops.

· Provide strategic recommendations and insights to management based on campaign performance and market trends.

· Work cross-functionally with content creators, designers, and campaign managers to execute campaigns effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

· 4+ years of experience in media planning, digital marketing strategy, or growth roles.

· Proven experience managing budgets across multiple paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).

· Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and KPI tracking.

· Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting campaign analytics and making strategic decisions.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
