Location: Mozang, 03 Fane Road, Lahore

Job Overview

We are looking for qualified and motivated MBBS doctors to join our healthcare team as Medical Scribe Executives. The selected candidates will work closely with physicians to document patient encounters accurately and assist in maintaining high-quality clinical records for US healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real-time during physician consultations
• Accurately record patient history, examination findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Update and maintain Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Ensure medical documentation meets US healthcare compliance and quality standards
• Support physicians by reducing their documentation workload
• Review medical charts for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate with the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team to ensure proper documentation for billing
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Perform other documentation-related tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• MBBS degree with completed House Job (mandatory)
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Sound knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Understanding of US healthcare documentation standards (preferred)
• Prior experience as a Medical Scribe, Clinical Assistant, or related role is an advantage
