What You'll Do

• Ensure quality, comprehensive and timely client documentation through consistent chart oversight
• Conduct weekly billable audits for every client, submitting weekly report to leadership
• Complete any administrative duties related to position (charting, scheduling, daily workflow etc.)
• Conduct quality audits so charts reflect full scope of client needs, assessment, and intervention
• Ensure clinical data is captured in patient charts

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Punctuality and careful attention to detail
• Team player with ability to collaborate well
