Medical Administrator

The Medical Administrator will oversee the smooth functioning of SHINE’s healthcare programs, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices. This role also includes responsibility for conducting internal audits to maintain quality, efficiency, and accountability across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administration of medical team.
  • Supervise staff schedules, resources, and workflows to ensure effective operations.
  • Conduct regular internal audits of medical and administrative processes & medical team.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
  • Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • MBBS, FCPS/MCPS
  • 3–5 years of experience in medical administration (docotrs audit background preferred). along with relevant experience of conducting CMEs.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, quality standards, and auditing practices.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple facilities and teams simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs185,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Required)

Experience:

  • managerial: 2 years (Required)
  • Clinical : 1 year (Required)
