Join our dynamic team as a Medical Aesthetician, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients’ confidence and well-being. As a key member of our med spa or aesthetic clinic, you will utilize your skills to perform advanced treatments, educate clients on skincare routines, and promote our premium product lines. Your passion for aesthetics and commitment to excellence will help us elevate the client experience and foster lasting relationships. This is a salary plus commission position. No weekend hours required. We would start at 12 hours per week but hope to get you to 20 hours per week quickly after.

Duties

• Perform a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments including Diamond Glow facials, Skin Pen Microneedling, a variety of chemical peels, Laser Genesis and RF Microneedling.
• Conduct skin analysis and develop customized treatment plans based on individual client needs and skin types.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results and satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and following health regulations to ensure client safety.
• Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products during demos and upselling suitable skincare solutions to meet client goals.
• Manage social media platforms to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and engage with the community to attract new clients.
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries professionally, and managing guest services seamlessly.
• Collaborate with management on promotional events and product launches to boost visibility and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license required. Certifications in chemical peels, microneedling and laser are a big bonus.
• Proven experience in a med spa or aesthetic setting with expertise in facial treatments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly while providing outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for maintaining a hygienic environment.
• Experience in social media management to effectively promote services and engage with clients online.
• Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a genuine focus on client needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
