Position Overview:

As a Medical Aesthetician at Revived Medical Aesthetics, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of skincare treatments and services. You will work alongside medical professionals, including nurses, to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals. A strong focus on patient care, technical skills, and the ability to educate clients on maintaining healthy skin will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skin Analysis and Consultations:
• Perform comprehensive skin assessments to understand clients' skin concerns, needs, and treatment goals.
• Recommend customized treatment plans, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser therapies, based on skin conditions and personal goals.
• Perform Advanced Aesthetic Treatments:
• Administer non-invasive treatments, including but not limited to:
• Laser skin resurfacing and hair removal
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• Customized facials and masks
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide pre- and post-procedure care for clients undergoing more invasive treatments.
• Patient Education and Aftercare:
• Guide clients through post-treatment care, including specific product recommendations and sun protection strategies.
• Educate clients on the benefits of medical-grade skincare products and how to maintain their results at home.
• Maintain High Standards of Cleanliness and Safety:
• Follow all sterilization protocols to ensure equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Ensure that safety protocols are maintained, especially when using advanced equipment like lasers and microneedling devices.
• Create a calm and welcoming environment for clients, providing exceptional customer service at every stage of their visit.
• Documentation and Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client treatment records, noting progress, results, and any side effects.
• Document any adverse reactions and communicate them promptly to the medical director or supervising physician.
• Collaborative Work Environment:
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other aestheticians to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Assist in client consultations when needed and offer feedback to ensure optimal outcomes for all patients.
• Marketing and Client Retention:
• Promote services and products offered at Revived Medical Aesthetics.
• Provide excellent customer service that encourages client retention and referrals.

Skills and Qualifications:

• PA State Esthetician License
• Certification in advanced skincare
• Proven experience as a medical esthetician
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety
• Must be willing to travel between York, Camp Hill, and Harrisburg Spa locations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
