Medical Aesthetician

Cloud 9 Aesthetics is seeking a licensed aesthetician to perform skin/body treatments, create personalized treatment plans, and provide an exceptional client experience from consultation through follow-up. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong hands-on treatment skills with confident client education, professionalism, and a passion for helping clients achieve long-term skin results.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin consultations based on each client’s concerns, goals, treatment history, and lifestyle.
• Recommend customized in-office services, at-home skincare, and structured treatment plans designed for long-term improvement rather than one-time visits.
• Educate clients on realistic outcomes, treatment timelines, consistency, pre-care, post-care, and maintenance.
• Promote appropriate add-ons, packages, memberships, and complementary services in a way that feels helpful, confident, and personalized.
• Deliver a calm, elevated, and welcoming client experience that reflects Cloud 9’s luxury brand standards.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes, client records, contraindication screening, and service documentation.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and treatment protocols, and escalate any concerns promptly when needed.
• Support rebooking, retention, and client relationship building through excellent service and clear treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Active esthetician license in New York State.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in facials, skincare treatments, and client consultations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin analysis, product recommendations (we work on Valmont, Skin Better, treatment planning, and contraindications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and build trust through honest recommendations.
• Sales confidence with a consultative, non-pushy approach to packages, retail, and rebooking.
• Professional, polished, dependable, and committed to continuous learning and high standards of care.
