We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our vibrant team. Please note that this is a hybrid role in which you will be required to also help with front desk patient coordinator duties. In this role, you will deliver expert skincare treatments, aesthetic procedures, and personalized consultations to help clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals. Front Desk & Patient Experience

• Serve as the first point of contact, warmly greet and check in/out clients
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and daily clinic flow
• Handle patient inquiries via phone, text, and email in a timely, professional manner
• Educate clients on services, memberships, and skincare products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated front office environment
• Support conversion of leads into booked treatments

Clinical & Treatment Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other services (based on certification and scope)
• Conduct thorough consultations and recommend customized treatment plans
• Deliver consistent, results-driven outcomes aligned with Avalon Laser standards
• Educate patients on pre- and post-care to maximize results
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient charting
• Ability to adapt and cross promote to more advanced aesthetic treatments like lasers and injectables

Sales & Growth

• Confidently recommend packages, memberships, and retail products
• Contribute to monthly revenue goals and clinic growth initiatives
• Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician (California required)
• Experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting preferred
• Experience with laser treatments strongly preferred (or willingness to train)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with sales and client education
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude
