Medical Aesthetician

WHAT THIS ROLE IS
This is a dual-role position that combines clinical excellence with brand visibility and client experience. You will perform advanced aesthetic treatments, guide clients through personalized care plans, and play an active role in how Drift shows up in the community - on social media, at events, and in the market.

This role is right for someone who is equally comfortable behind a treatment device and in front of a camera. Someone who leads with expertise, communicates with confidence, and genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with clients -not just filling a schedule one appointment at a time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

IN THE TREATMENT ROOM

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including HydraFacial, RF microneedling, IPL photofacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning and corrective skin treatments
• Conduct thorough consultations using the VISIA skin analysis system before making any recommendations
• Build customized short and long-term treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals, concerns, and lifestyle
• Operate laser and energy-based devices within Florida scope of practice
• Deliver outcomes that are natural, noticeable, and consistent with Drift's standard of care

IN THE BRAND AND COMMUNITY

• Create and participate in content including treatment demonstrations, educational videos, and before-and-after documentation
• Show up comfortably and authentically on camera as a visible representative of the Drift brand
• Collaborate with the team on social media content, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and community events
• Support the full client journey from initial inquiry through consultation, treatment, and long-term retention

IN THE BUSINESS

• Contribute to key performance metrics including rebooking rates, membership conversions, and retail sales
• Maintain treatment rooms and clinical standards at a consistently high level
• Participate in team training, meetings, and ongoing education
• Operate with integrity -recommending only what is genuinely right for the client, every time

WHO YOU ARE

• You are a licensed Florida aesthetician with real experience performing advanced treatments. You have worked with devices - not just read about them. You understand that a great consultation is the foundation of a great result. You take your craft seriously and you take your clients personally.
• You lead with honesty. You do not oversell. You do not chase trends. You believe that the right plan, executed consistently, produces results that speak for themselves -and you know how to communicate that to a client who has been disappointed before.
• You also understand that visibility matters in this industry and you are willing to be visible. Whether that is a Reel between clients, a before-and-after post, or showing up at a community event as the face of Drift - you are comfortable in that role and you see the value in it.

WHAT YOU BRING

REQUIRED

• Active Florida Aesthetician license
• Hands-on experience with advanced aesthetic treatments and energy-based devices
• Strong consultation and communication skills - you listen before you recommend
• Ability to operate lasers and devices within Florida scope of practice guidelines
• A client-first mindset and a genuine commitment to the experience you deliver

PREFERRED

• Experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetic environment
• Familiarity with creating social media content or participating in marketing initiatives
• Comfort being on camera and engaging with clients in a digital context
• Experience building long-term treatment plans and guiding clients through a multi-step skincare journey

COMPENSATION

We built this compensation structure to reward the behaviors that actually grow a practice - client retention, retail recommendations, membership conversions, and consistent service delivery. A high performer in this role has a clear and realistic path to strong annual earnings. Compensation will be discussed at interview and includes base hourly pay, retail commission, membership bonus, service performance bonus. On-Target Earnings: $50,000-$75,000+ annually for a high performer between base pay, commissions, and bonuses
