Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Aesthetician located in Bourbonnais, IL. Responsibilities include performing advanced aesthetic services such as microneedling, laser treatments, and other skin care procedures. The Medical Aesthetician will closely engage with clients to assess their needs, recommend customized treatment plans, and ensure exceptional customer service. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, updating client records, and staying informed about the latest trends in aesthetic medicine will also be essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laser Hair Removal and Hair Removal techniques
• Experience with Microneedling and similar advanced aesthetic procedures
• Familiarity with aesthetic and medical-grade treatments and equipment
• Strong Customer Service skills to deliver a welcoming and high-quality client experience
• Knowledge of aesthetic medicine and its applications
• State licensure or relevant to aesthetic practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate client records
• Previous experience in a medical spa or related setting is a plus
