Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, and body waxing with precision and care.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about skincare lines and treatments.
• Provide professional makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care services to enhance client appearance.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Deliver deep tissue massages and other relaxation therapies to promote overall well-being.
• Assist clients with retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and treatment packages.
• Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and skincare routines to foster trust and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, and other advanced skincare procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment.
• Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician certification as required by state law.
• Excellent communication skills to explain treatments effectively and upsell products confidently.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and product demos to enhance client engagement.
• Additional skills such as makeup application, nail care, eyelash extensions, or deep tissue massage are highly desirable. Pay: $19.00 - $30.60 per hour
