Medical Aesthetician

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Aesthetician to join our medical spa team. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments including esthetic laser procedures, microneedling, chemcial peels, hydrafacials, and RF energy based treatments.
• Conduct skin analyses and recommend customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and skin care products to support holistic skin care outcomes.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Assist in product demonstrations and promotional events to showcase the latest skincare solutions.
• Maintain detailed electronic records for each visit, which will be part of the patient's medical record. Obtain written consent from each patient before performing any procedures.
• Assist with content creation for social media posts and website content.
• Foster excellent communication with clients by listening attentively, answering questions thoroughly, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Assist with front office operations (answering phones, creating invoices, checking clients in and out).

Qualifications

• Valid PA esthetician license.
• Proven experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skin care techniques.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and promote retail products.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in skincare environments.
• Experience with product demos and retail sales strategies to enhance client engagement.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
