Position Overview

The Medical Aesthetician is responsible for providing exceptional skincare treatments, educating patients on treatment plans and skincare regimens, and helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals through customized treatment recommendations.

The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, committed to delivering outstanding patient care, and motivated to continuously advance their knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments including:
• Hydrafacial
• Chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• Microneedling
• Customized facials
• Acne treatments
• Advanced skincare services
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations
• Develop personalized treatment plans and skincare recommendations
• Educate patients on treatment expectations and post-care instructions
• Recommend and sell professional skincare products
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Maintain compliance with all safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with practice marketing initiatives including before-and-after photos, social media content, and educational events
• Deliver a luxury, concierge-level patient experience during every visit

Qualifications

• Active Florida Facial Specialist License or equivalent licensure
• Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic setting preferred
• Experience with Hydrafacial, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments preferred
• Strong sales and consultation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for aesthetics and patient care
• Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends for special events

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
