Job Summary:

Part-time or Full-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare examination rooms and patients for medical procedures.
- Record and maintain accurate patient data in compliance with clinic policies.
- Utilize clinic equipment such as EKG machines, audiometers, and centrifuges.
- Administer immunizations and medications under provider supervision.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures with precision.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently.
- Monitor and coordinate specialty referrals, test results, and ongoing patient care needs.
- Foster effective communication with colleagues and patients to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive support.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent experience required
- Proficiency in medical administrative support
- Experience in patient care and service
- Knowledge of EHR systems and medical terminology
- Ability to take vital signs accurately
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including children and geriatrics
