Medical Assistant (Remote)

Cairo, Egypt

About AllCare.ai

AllCare is transforming senior healthcare by delivering fully coordinated, in-facility care built around one shared care plan. We bring together in-facility providers — including primary care, psychiatry, podiatry, diagnostics, wound care, and chronic care — alongside pharmacy services, all supported by a 24/7 medical concierge team to ensure seamless, high-quality care for residents.

This role sits within the Clinic Operations & Billing team, which ensures accurate charting, coding, and billing processes that enable our clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional care efficiently. The Medical Assistant will play a key role in maintaining high-quality documentation and supporting the end-to-end billing workflow, ensuring both compliance and accuracy across our operations.

Role Overview

We are seeking licensed medical professionals and pharmacists to join AllCare's Clinic Operations & Billing team in supporting our U.S.-based Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Medical Assistants.

In this role, you will focus on charting, documentation, and billing accuracy — ensuring that patient encounters are properly recorded, claims are correctly processed, and care delivery is seamlessly documented within our EMR systems. You'll play a vital role in maintaining data integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance across AllCare's coordinated care model.

This position is ideal for clinically trained and licensed professionals — including Pharmacists, Medical Doctors, and equivalent healthcare practitioners — who are detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to precision and efficiency. You'll thrive in this role if you excel in structured, process-driven environments that support U.S.-based healthcare operations and require accuracy in every aspect of documentation and billing.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, update, and review patient charts and EMR documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Support the billing process by ensuring documentation meets coding and compliance standards.
  • Reconcile and submit claims in coordination with the billing and finance teams.
  • Communicate with clinicians to clarify documentation or resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of documentation and billing protocols to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate daily with U.S.-based Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Medical Assistants to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Pharmacist or Medical Doctor (MD, MBBS, or MBBCh).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong documentation and EMR charting proficiency; fast and accurate typing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and clinical documentation standards.
  • Prior experience in medical billing, coding, or U.S. healthcare operations (preferred).

What We Offer

  • Compensation: $600-$700 USD/month base + performance-based monthly bonus
  • Health insurance
  • Social insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
