NOW HIRING Medical Receptionists and Medical Assistants for Busy Pediatric with Multiple Locations

MUST HAVE AT LEAST (2) TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD THAT YOU ARE APPLYING FOR TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW.

We are currently recruiting friendly people oriented Medical Receptionists and Medical Assistants to work full time positions.

MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 1. Schedule new and follow-up appointments for multiple providers 2. Greet patients and provide check in and check out services, including the collections of copays and monies due 3. Enter demographics and collect necessary information for billing department 4. Obtain insurance verifications 5. Must be willing and able to work full time Nights and weekends until 11 pm

MEDICAL ASSISTANT DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 1. Assisting with direct patient care and related tasks including acquiring vitals, rooming, and recording data 2. Assisting with prescription refills and authorizations, triage, patient education, and advising patients on specific medical issues within established parameters. 3.Performing miscellaneous job related duties as assigned. 4.Must be willing and able to work full time Nights and weekends until 11 pm

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:• Must be willing to learn and follow instructions from supervisors• Must demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry, and be knowledgeable of medisoft• Must possess effective professional interpersonal skills.• Must be able to work individually, as a team player, and be able to multi-task.• Must be able to pass a background check and pre employment drug test High School Diploma or Equivalent is required for all Medical Assistant
