Job Description:
The Charge Entry & Claim Creation Executive is responsible for the accurate entry of medical charges and timely creation of insurance claims for US healthcare services. This role requires reviewing patient records, validating CPT/ICD codes, and ensuring clean claim generation in compliance with payer guidelines. The candidate must be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of maintaining high productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Work onsite only, in Lahore.
- Night shifts only
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit insurance claims for medical services provided.
- Verify patient insurance information and eligibility.
- Review and process payments from insurance companies and patients.
- Maintain accurate records of patient billing and payment information.
- Communicate with healthcare providers and patients regarding billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing.
Qualifications
- Advanced english is a must
- Strong understanding of end-to-end billing workflows (charge entry to claim submission)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in medical billing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding relevant to acupuncture, chiropractic, and physical therapy
- Understanding of authorization requirements and payer-specific guidelines
- Ability to ensure accurate claim submission with all required documentation attached
- Familiarity with modifier usage and therapy-specific billing rules
- Knowledge of denial prevention strategies and clean claim submission
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing claims.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
