Sales Executive – Medical Billing Services

Are you a result-oriented sales professional with a knack for closing deals in the healthcare industry? We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our Medical Billing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new leads, reaching out to healthcare providers in the US, and converting them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients (Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals) in the US market.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the pain points of healthcare providers and explain how our billing services can improve their RCM (Revenue Cycle Management).
  • Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly targets.
  • Reporting: Maintain a CRM of all activities and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales (Experience in US Medical Billing/RCM is a huge plus).
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral or American accent.
  • Persuasion: Ability to handle objections and convince busy healthcare professionals.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Shift: Must be comfortable working in Night Shifts (to align with US business hours).
