Job Title: Medical Billing Executive

Atlantis Tech is seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Billing Executive to join our growing healthcare operations team. The role involves managing the complete medical billing cycle for US-based clients, ensuring accuracy, timely claim submissions, effective denial management, and compliance with US healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities include charge entry, claim processing, payment posting, AR follow-ups, and maintaining accurate billing documentation. Candidates with experience in Therapy Services (PT/OT/ST) and Vision Care billing will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end medical billing cycle, including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and AR follow-up.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance details, and billing accuracy.
• Handle Therapy Services and Vision Care billing in compliance with CPT/ICD codes and payer guidelines.
• Submit and follow up on claims, resolving rejections, denials, and underpayments promptly.
• Post payments accurately and reconcile accounts.
• Communicate with payers and clients to resolve billing issues.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and meet productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in US medical billing or RCM.
• Strong knowledge of EOBs, CPT/ICD codes, claim submission, and denial handling.
• Experience in Therapy Services and Vision Care billing (preferred).
• Familiarity with billing software such as Kareo, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, or Athena (plus).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
