Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Expert to manage and optimize the complete billing lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in medical billing, coding, insurance follow-ups, and denial management, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement from payers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), from patient registration to final payment
• Prepare, review, and submit medical claims accurately and on time
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Handle claim rejections, denials, and appeals efficiently
• Perform payment posting, adjustments, and account reconciliation
• Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid or underpaid claims
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and healthcare regulations
• Analyze billing reports and identify opportunities to improve revenue performance
• Work closely with providers and internal teams to resolve billing issues

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical billing and RCM (minimum X years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
• Hands-on experience with insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
• Experience in denial management and AR follow-ups
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR and medical billing software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Certification in Medical Billing or Coding (CPB, CPC, CCS, etc.)
• Experience with hospital or multi-specialty billing
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations and payer policies
• Experience working with high-volume claims environments
