Medical Billing Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Billing Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting our medical billing services. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, revenue cycle management, and excellent sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the healthcare sector (clinics, hospitals, private practices).
• Promote and sell medical billing and revenue cycle management services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in medical billing or healthcare services.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, coding (ICD, CPT), and insurance workflows.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with healthcare providers or billing companies.
• Existing network within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
