Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Medical Billing Sales Agents to join our growing team. This role requires engaging with potential healthcare providers through cold calling, building strong client relationships, and promoting our medical billing services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to clinics, physicians, and healthcare providers in the U.S. market.
• Present and promote company medical billing services to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate call and client records.
• Coordinate with the operations team to onboard new clients smoothly.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: FA / BA / Matric / Graduation (any of the above acceptable).
• Experience: Fresh candidates and experienced sales callers are welcome.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Confidence in speaking with international clients.
• Basic knowledge of U.S. healthcare or medical billing is a plus (but not required).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type & Timings

Full-Time (On-site)
6 PM to 3 AM (Monday to Friday)
7 PM to 4 AM (Monday to Friday) - Day light Saving

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
