Position: Tele Sales Executive

Department: Sales
Location: Islamabad
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Lead

Job Purpose

The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, converting leads into customers, delivering live product demos via Google Meet, and achieving assigned sales targets while maintaining compliance with Pakistan labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound inquiries professionally.
  • Pitch company products/services clearly and persuasively.
  • Conduct live product demos and presentations to clients via Google Meet.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, demos, and sales in CRM.
  • Follow approved sales scripts, demo guidelines, and objection-handling techniques.
  • Coordinate with the support and operations teams for order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and confidentiality.
  • Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and objections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Proven experience in tele sales or call center sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Excel).
  • Fluent in Urdu; basic English communication preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
