Medical Coder With KPI Experience

A prestigious Medical Center located in Baniyas, Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Medical Coder to join our team.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of medical coding standards and practices
• Proven experience in KPI monitoring and reporting
• Familiarity with Tasneef requirements and compliance
• In-depth understanding of:
• DOH adjudication rules
• DOH coding manual
• Daman adjudication guidelines
• Excellent analytical and accuracy skills
• Ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
