Responsibilities:

Front desk operations.

Ensure smooth daily operations.

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

Schedule patient appointments and maintain appointment calendars.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the medical office.

Collect co-pays and/or account balance.

Maintain patient records and update information in the computer system.
-
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and timely service.

Handle patient complaints or concerns and escalate as necessary.
Experience:
-
Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.

Proficiency in insurance and billing terminology and practices.
-
Familiarity with Practice Management end EHR systems.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
