Medical Partnerships Lead

Location: India (Hybrid | Travel required)

Compensation: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month + up to 5% equity (earned over time)

About the Role

We are building a premium, evidence-based mother & baby care brand by co-creating products with leading doctors, similar to how Nike partners with elite athletes.

This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing prominent doctors as long-term product partners, and converting that clinical credibility into distribution across hospitals, pharmacies, and digital platforms.

This is a founding, high-ownership role for someone who can operate independently and build deep, trusted relationships in the medical ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard key opinion leaders (OBGYNs, pediatricians, neonatologists) as product co-creation partners
• Structure ethical, compliant doctor collaboration models (advisory, co-creation, clinical input)
• Translate clinical insights into product concepts and improvements
• Act as the bridge between doctors, product, and commercial teams
• Leverage doctor partnerships to drive:
• Hospital adoption
• Prescription / recommendation
• Pharmacy, e-commerce, and quick-commerce placement
• Build long-term institutional relationships with hospitals and healthcare networks
• Represent the brand credibly within the medical community

Must-Have Experience

• 8–15 years in pharma, medical devices, healthtech, or hospital partnerships
• Existing relationships with senior doctors and hospital stakeholders
• Experience working with KOLs, advisory boards, or clinical collaborations
• Strong understanding of medical ethics and compliance
• Comfortable with frequent travel and independent execution
