We are seeking for skilled and compassionate Medical Receptionists to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements:

  • Greeting patients professionally both in courteous and professional manner.
  • Schedule and manage appointments using electronic systems or appointment books.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Register new patients, collect necessary information, and verify insurance details.
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process billing and handle payments, including co-payments and outstanding balances.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and address any scheduling conflicts.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and sorting documents.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
  • Notifying providers of patient arrivals
  • Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions
  • Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
  • Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges while filing and expediting third-party claims
  • Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders

Experience:

  • Previous experience in Medical receptionist role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Salary:

AED 2500

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
