Medical Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Manage appointment scheduling (calls, WhatsApp, and online bookings).
• Maintain patient records and update clinic software.
• Handle inquiries about treatments, pricing, and doctor availability.
• Coordinate with the doctor and staff for smooth clinic operations.
• Process payments and maintain billing records.
• Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean and welcoming.
• Assist with basic social media tasks like handling patient queries.
