Medical Representative - UAE

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting our products in line with marketing strategies, and contributing to the overall growth of the business in the field. The position will be Abu Dhabi based.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Analyze and segment the territory to identify target physicians and pharmacists based on company strategy.
• Develop detailed doctor profiles and share insights with team members and related manager.
• Prepare and execute structured daily, weekly, and monthly visit plans aligned with product promotion goals.
• Inform healthcare professionals about campaign terms and collect orders accordingly, reporting results to the direct manager.
• Collaborate with the direct manager on personal development goals and report progress after field visits.
• Plan effective routes to maximize visit efficiency and impact.
• Maintain up-to-date medical knowledge related to the promoted products and accurately deliver scientific content.
• Support assigned projects and complete tasks as delegated by manager.
• Submit accurate and timely reports to relevant internal or external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• +4 years of experience as a Medical Representative
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
