Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical products, equipment, or healthcare services to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and healthcare administrators
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports
Qualifications & Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field (preferred)
- Proven experience in medical sales is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex medical products and procedures
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willingness to travel as required
