Medical Transcriptionist

Position: Medical Transcriptionist

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 2–5 Years (Hospital Experience Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Transcribe doctors’ dictations and clinical notes accurately.
• Prepare discharge summaries, operative notes, and medical reports.
• Maintain and update patient medical records in HIS/EMR.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with hospital standards.
• Support audits and medico-legal documentation.

Qualification:

• A Degree with Diploma/Certification in Medical Transcription (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital documentation

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
