Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to support healthcare professionals with administrative and communication tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient appointments and scheduling
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Maintain and update patient records
• Assist with email communication and follow-ups
• Provide administrative support to the medical team

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in medical support (preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Reliable internet connection and laptop
