AMG Technologies,a part of Amigos Group, is looking for “Customer Service Representative (Medicare Verifier)” to join our dynamic team! If you have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a passion for problem-solving, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a UK/US-based customer service role or BPO sector (preferred).
• _ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (British,US accent is a must required)._
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
• A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer needs.

What We Offer:

Salary:PKR 80,000 – 120,000/- (based on experience)

Perks: Bonuses on successful conversion

Timing: 7pm to 5am

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person (Bahria Town Phase 7)
Shift timings: Night

Location : Bahria Town Phase 7,Opposite Clock towerTim Hortins building 3rd Floor.
For Walk in Interview timings are 7pm - 10pm

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
