Member Engagement Executive - Pakistan (Full-Time, Permanent)

Location: Preferably based in Lahore, Pakistan

We're looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Member Engagement Executive to join our team in Pakistan. This role plays a key part in delivering ACCA's purpose of building a better world through the accountancy profession by driving meaningful engagement with our members, future members, and key stakeholders across the country.

The Member Engagement Executive will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to ACCA members in Pakistan, coordinating member-focused initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of engagement activities that support our strategic and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, and deliver member engagement events across Pakistan, including New Member Ceremonies, professional development sessions, corporate conferences, and regional/global webinars.
  • Support member retention and conversion campaigns by executing targeted local activities and initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of professional development, engagement and networking sessions and webinars, including:
  • Venue arrangements and logistics
  • Registration and participant confirmations
  • Circulation of pre-course materials
  • Coordination with trainers and speakers
  • Event moderation and public speaking
  • Organise and facilitate networking sessions and community events to strengthen ACCA's member network.
  • Manage member data with accuracy, ensuring full GDPR compliance and confidentiality.
  • Moderate and support sector-focused communities and social media engagement platforms.
  • Provide guidance to affiliates on membership applications and assist members with Practising Certificate queries.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Head of Member Engagement to support the delivery of ACCA's strategic objectives.
  • Demonstrate agility and commitment by occasionally working on weekends for events or scheduled activities.
  • Build strong connections across generations of members - Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z - using inclusive and creative engagement approaches.

Candidate Profile - Member Engagement Executive (Pakistan)

We are looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven professional who is passionate about member engagement and contributing to ACCA's purpose of building a better world through the accountancy profession. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and collaborator, able to build strong connections with ACCA members, future members, and key stakeholders. You should be proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple initiatives to enhance member experience, engagement, and advocacy. A strong understanding of professional development, event management, and stakeholder engagement is essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate ACCA's values of integrity, inclusion, and innovation, and bring a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to their work.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (ACCA qualification or progress towards it will be an advantage).
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in member relations, communications, or stakeholder engagement, preferably in a professional or education services environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Urdu is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in organising events, campaigns, or community-building initiatives.
  • Proficiency in digital engagement tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
