We’re seeking a Member Services Lead who loves helping people, improving systems, and building strong connections. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment — and who’s ready to make a real impact in the soccer community

Position Overview

The Member Services Lead manages support for member organizations nationwide, ensuring an exceptional member experience. You’ll oversee day-to-day communication, implement service improvements, and help lead new programs that support engagement and growth.

Because we’re a small, agile team, you’ll have the chance to wear many hats, take initiative, and directly influence how our member community thrives.

What You’ll Do

Member Support & Engagement

  • Manage member inquiries and provide responsive, high-quality support.
  • Gather and analyze member feedback to drive improvements in service and communication.
  • Lead the implementation and management of the Member Management System (MMS).
  • Oversee engagement through digital platforms, newsletters, and online tools.

Collaboration & Operations

  • Work closely with team members to achieve organizational priorities.
  • Contribute to special projects that improve operations and member experience.
  • Partner with the Executive Director to connect membership engagement with sponsorship programs.

What Success Looks Like

  • High member satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Successful rollout and adoption of new member systems and initiatives.
  • Strong, consistent communication with member organizations.
  • Expanded participation in the Annual General Meeting and other programs.

  • Process-oriented thinker who adapts well to change.
  • Self-starter who can work independently toward clear goals and results.
  • Confident using tools such as Asana, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Constant Contact and similar platforms.
  • Quick learner who embraces new technology.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a nonprofit or membership association environment.
