Job Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Membership Consultant to join our team. You’ll be responsible for driving membership sales, following up on leads, and providing exceptional customer service to help clients start their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and follow up with leads through walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries
• Conduct club tours and explain membership options clearly
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Promote offers, events, and promotions
• Deliver excellent customer service to all prospects and members

Requirements:

• Sales or customer service experience (fitness industry is a plus)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Target-driven and highly organized
• Fluent in English; Arabic language is a plus
