The Behavioral Health Billing Coordinator is responsible for reviewing outpatient medical documentation to ensure accurate billing and timely reimbursement for services. This role supports approximately 30 mental health providers across three outpatient offices and school-based programs. The Billing Coordinator collaborates with clinical staff, physicians, administrators, billing specialists, insurance carriers, and patients to verify insurance eligibility, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with coding and documentation standards.
