Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Trading Mentor who has deep practical knowledge of SMC, ICT, and CRT and can confidently mentor students from beginner to advanced levels.

The ideal candidate should be able to analyze live markets, explain institutional logic behind price movement, and guide students in developing a professional trading mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor students on Smart Money Concepts (SMC), ICT models, and CRT
• Conduct live market analysis sessions (Forex, Indices, Commodities, or Crypto)
• Teach concepts such as:
• Market structure (BOS, CHoCH)
• Liquidity concepts & inducement
• Order blocks, fair value gaps (FVG)
• Premium & discount zones
• Time-based trading models (London / New York sessions)
• Risk management & trade execution
• Review student trades and provide structured feedback
• Assist in curriculum development and strategy refinement
• Maintain professionalism and ethical trading education standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on trading experience using SMC / ICT / CRT
• Proven consistency or documented trading results (preferred)
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, structured language
• Experience mentoring, teaching, or coaching traders (online or on-site)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Disciplined approach to risk management

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points):

• Experience trading funded accounts
• Familiarity with MT4 / MT5 / TradingView
• Knowledge of multiple markets (Forex, Gold, Indices)
• Prior experience with trading academies or prop firms
• Content creation experience (optional)
