Job Title: E-commerce Operations Trainee

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi (Onsite)
Shifts: Evening and night shifts (3:00 PM–12:00 AM or 6:00 PM–3:00 AM)

Job Description:
We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Trainee to support our private label business by identifying and sourcing high-potential products. The trainee will conduct research, source suppliers, and collaborate with internal teams for successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed product research using tools like Product Opportunity Explorer, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and AMZScout
• Analyze demand, competition, reviews, pricing trends, and profit margins
• Identify winning products for Amazon FBA, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplaces
• Source suppliers via Alibaba, 1688, and local vendors; handle quotes, negotiations, and sample requests
• Maintain product research and supplier databases
• Prepare weekly reports on product validation, cost analysis, and sourcing outcomes
• Monitor market trends, seasonal opportunities, and competitors’ top-selling ASINs
• Collaborate with listing, PPC, and supply chain teams to support product launches
• Develop reports and presentations using MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva

Requirements:

• Ideally 1 year Experience in product research, sourcing, market analysis, and product launches in e-commerce (preferred)
• Proficiency with research tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, AMZScout, Keepa, and Google Trends
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in launching products successfully
• Ability to create actionable reports using MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva

Eligibility:

• Graduate or undergraduate from an HEC-recognized institute/university
• E-commerce internship or relevant certification
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Program:

• 6-month structured training program leading to permanent employment
