MEP and AC Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage site works and oversee project execution.
• Handle MEP and AC-related works, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with teams and contractors for smooth project delivery.
• Conduct thermographic tests and prepare related reports.
• Ensure proper follow-up and resolve site-related technical issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in MEP and AC works.
• Strong communication skills in English (for client interaction).
• Must be able to speak Hindi.
• Good character, polite and professional in dealing with tenants and others.
• Hardworking and proactive in managing site activities.
• Knowledge of thermographic testing is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
