MEP BIM Coordinator

DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for MEP BIM Coordinator in Doha, Qatar

Project Location: Qatar & Dubai

Industry: Construction / AEC

Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years in MEP BIM (AEC Industry)

Qualification: Degree in Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage MEP BIM models using Revit & AutoCAD
• Review and coordinate LOD 400 & LOD 500 BIM models prepared by modelers
• Ensure LOD 400 models are developed as per consultant design & project requirements
• Manage and verify LOD 500 (As-Built) models based on:

• Red-line markups

• Site survey reports

• Laser scanning / point cloud inputs
• Perform clash detection and resolution across all MEP disciplines
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Maintain BIM standards, model quality, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and client requirements

MEP Discipline: HAVC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Electrical

Skill Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of MEP services, construction practices, and BIM coordination
• Excellent understanding of BIM standards, workflows & documentation
• Proven experience in COBie data creation, validation, and handover (Mandatory)
• Experience in model review, coordination meetings, and issue tracking
• Ability to lead teams and meet project deadlines
